Sales Representative / Sales Manager in Industrial Coatings Business Unit
Key accountabilities:- Achieve assigned sales goals in multiple areas in accordance with the regional marketing and sales plans
- Work proactively with customers, look after competitor activities and ensure sale objectives are met within organization strategies
- Ensure the promotion of new products/product lines within the assigned area
- Provide for the market analysis, organize and expand the dealers and distributors network
- Provide the customers with required technical information, ensure handling of compliances
- Negotiate with customers, formulate commercial proposals, prepare the contracts for conclusion and monitor the order process
- Take part in exhibitions and conferences, conduct seminars for the customers if required
- Prepare meeting, exhibition and financial reports on the established basis
- Comply with the business principles, policies and procedures of the company

Principal duties and responsibilities: - Management of Akzo Nobel Wood Coatings Europe’s operations in Russia including general management of the legal entity in Russia
- Represent the company in contacts with authorities and other internal and external contacts
- Align local policy and practices with company rules, regulations, ethics and business principles
- To lead the team in controlling, accounting and logistics
- To develop our supply chain in Russia including overall management of warehouse activities
- Preparation and implementation of budget, target setting and result achieving
- The position excludes responsibility and management of sales and marketing
Reports to: the Country Manager Fin-Rus, Wood Coatings Europe
Number of employees in the legal entity: About 15

Qualifications:
- Russian nationality
- At least 5 years work experience with management responsibility in Russia
- Degree in business administration, logistics or equivalent long-standing successful work experience
- Experience from a position as Country Manager or Managing Director is an advantage
- Experience from working in an international environment
- Experience from the wood coatings business, wood working business or logistics business is a merit
- Experience from customs clearance
- Loyal and willing to integrate into the corporate culture and lead by example
- Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
- Performance and bottom-line oriented team player
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Fluent in Russian and English languages, both in oral and writing
